Working Principle of Dema Cow Manure Collector/Cow Dung Cleaning Machine:

1. Positioning walking Drivers drive the machine along livestock barn walkways. The front scraping head fits tightly against the ground, and the stepless speed control system ensures stable low-speed cleaning.
2. Ground manure gathering Thick manganese steel scraper gathers all manure and bedding materials to the center. A pair of counter-rotating twin augers squeeze manure inward to avoid leftover dung on floors.
3. Vertical lifting & conveying The gathered manure falls into a sealed chain elevator. The chain plates lift manure upward into the rear storage tank, and the fully enclosed structure prevents slurry splashing and odor leakage.
4. Temporary storage Anti-stick coating inside the tank avoids manure adhesion. The tank can hold large volumes of manure for continuous multi-lane cleaning without frequent unloading.
5. Hydraulic automatic unloading After full loading, transport the truck to the manure stacking area. Control the hydraulic lever to lift the whole tank via hydraulic cylinder. The large tipping angle realizes thorough residue-free unloading, then the tank falls back by self-weight for next cleaning cycle.
