BRS Bedding Recovery System

Turn Cow Manure Into Organic Free‑stall Bedding | 18‑50m³/Day Output

Independently patented system to produce pathogen‑free organic free‑stall bedding by separating undigested fiber from cow manure. Manure solids go through screw‑press separation and insulated rotary‑drum aerobic thermophilic fermentation at 60‑75℃, 24‑36h retention time. No external heat source required. Temperature‑sensor monitoring with adjustable airflow fully kills Salmonella, E‑coli and other harmful bacteria.

Two available models:

  • DMBRS-9 (9m drum): 18m³/day output, suitable for 500 milking cows
  • DMBRS-12 (12m drum): 30m³/day output, suitable for 1000 milking cows
  • DMBRS-18 (18m drum): 50m³/day output, suitable for 2000 milking cows

Finished bedding moisture reaches 60‑65%. Realize on‑farm manure circular utilization, greatly cut bedding purchasing & manure disposal cost, improve cow comfort and milk performance. Complete set includes feeding pump, manure separator, fermentation drum, screw conveyor and discharge belt conveyor. Flat‑rack container packing for overseas delivery.
