Intelligent Automatic Cow Cattle Weighing & Sorting System
Automatically sort cattle by body weight, realize precise feeding & precision breeding. Optimize feed conversion ratio, reduce feed cost and farm management expense. Realize digital farm management and cut labor input, achieving scientific cow cattle raising.
Working Principle
- The entrance gate opens, cattle walk onto the weighing platform, then the entrance gate closes.
- Electronic ear tag reader identifies animal ID, the system automatically weighs the cattle.
- The system opens the matched sorting gate according to measured weight for automatic separation.
- After cattle leave the platform, exit gate closes, entrance gate reopens for next animal, cycle continuously.
This sorting system contains 3 channels with automatic gates. Cattle will be guided to different channels based on their body weight.
